This sterling silver figural bird or chicken was done by renowned South American silversmith Joaquin Taller in the period and style of Mid-Century Modernism. This sculpture has inlaid agate eyes and is intricately engraved on both sides. The piece is clearly signed "Taller" on the bottom as presented in the photo.
