This is a very elegantly shaped sitting cheetah that was molded and not cast as most of the animal figurines from the midcentury period. Hand painted. With its height of 62cm (24.4 inches) it is both perfect on the ground as in a bay window. Marked X. MY, probably of Italian origin.
