About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso opalescent pink and white Italian art glass puppy dog figurine / sculpture. The piece was created in the style of designer Archimede Seguso. The puppy has an inner layer of solid white, with dark to light pink over it. The outer layer of glass is clear, and has pieces of white opalescent glass attached to it, in the main dog features. It has floppy ears, face and tail done in the white opal glass. It also has 2 little clear eyes on the face. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Late Mid-century era. A must for the dog lover in your family. Very cute piece. Measures: 5 1/2" tall x 3” long x 2 1/2” wide.
