Pair of Elizabeth II sterling silver fowl. Made by Edward Barnard
Sons in London in 1965. Two roosters with crowns, wattles, and flamboyant flouncy tails. One has a raised talon and looks down while the other cowers. Cawing beaks and flapping wings suggest a barnyard tiff. Fully marked.
Approximate overall dimensions: First: H 8 x L 11 1/2 x W 5 in. Second: H 8 1/2 x L 10 1/2 x W 8 3/4 in. Total weight: 43.7 troy ounces.
