About the Item

Here is a charming pair of French ceramic horse figures most likely by Colette Gueden for Atelier Primavera. Both have a textured glaze with hand-painted manes and tales. The size listed is for the orange horse--the green horse measures 5.88" high, 7.5" wide and 3.13" deep. Both are in good vintage condition. The green horse has a firing crack running down part of its back and down the front of its face--but this in no way detracts from how it presents. Each horse is impressed FRANCE on the underside. A whimsical yet sophisticated pair of figures for the 20th century French pottery lover.
