About the Item
Charming pair of two monumental ceramic sculptures depicting king penguins, made in Italy in the 1980s.
These two penguins were crafted by an Italian ceramics manufacturer in northern Italy. The king penguins are modeled after life, with many lifelike details. They are beautifully shaped and in impressive original condition, despite beeing made of ceramics.
Dimensions each approx.: height 30,71 in - 78 cm, width 22,83 in - 58 cm, depth 16,93 in - 43 cm
They were probably made for an Italien ice cream shop – a gelateria.
The two penguins are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Please consult the photos; the king penguins are eye-catching both indoors and outdoors.
