About the Item

The rabbit hunt or group of dogs in the burrow is a bronze sculpture with a brown patina by PJ Mêne Prolific artist, Pierre Jules Mêne 1810-1879, distinguished himself as one of the main French animal sculptors in the 19th century From 1838 , he participated in the Paris Salon; he created his own foundry workshop and began to cast and carve his works himself.
