Maker / Origin: Ronneby Glasbruk, Sweden Designer: Fritz Heijkenskjöld (signed FH) Material: Pressed and molded glass Dimensions: H. 13 cm, L. 22 cm Signature: Engraved on the base FH, Ronneby Sweden Period: Circa 1960–1970 Condition: Very good condition with minor scratches on the underside A distinctive piece of Swedish glass design from the 1960s, reflecting the Scandinavian tradition of animal figures in clear, minimalist forms. Ronneby Glasbruk was founded in 1954 in Blekinge, Sweden, and remained active until 1977. The glassworks became known for its figurines, bowls and decorative works in clear and colored glass, often with nature motifs such as birds and animals. Production combined Swedish craftsmanship with the era’s taste for clean, organic forms.
