About the Item
A whimsical and highly collectible brass parrot sculpture by Sergio Bustamante, perched gracefully on a suspended swing. Crafted in Mexico, this iconic piece blends Bustamante’s signature surrealist touch with meticulous hand-formed detailing. The parrot features a richly textured body with hammered and polished brass surfaces, accented by a dramatic patinated tail, all supported within a sculptural brass swing frame.
This decorative object embodies the bold artistry and imaginative craftsmanship that define Bustamante’s work. Sunspended it is a standout accent for any eclectic interior. A true conversation piece and a rare example of mid-century Mexican design.
