About the Item
Beautiful heavy Bronze turtle from the 20th century, wonderful light brown patina, very detailed. This bronze turtle is beautifully crafted, it is finely executed, especially in the representation of the scales and on the legs. The patina is light brown and nuanced. It bears a signature, unfortunately illegible, but reminiscent of a work by Barye. As for the condition, it is in an excellent state of preservation. Found at an estate sale in Vienna, Austria. A nice addition to any collection.
