Marble sculpture representing two Kore’s head with a serpentine marble bottom. Both signed behind the head by D’Antino.
Nicola D'Antino was an Italian sculptor and was a student and friend of Francesco Paolo Michetti. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, exhibiting in Italy and England studying the architectural and urban role of sculpture. His style swings between the verity and the liberty.
