About the Item
This modern stone resin bust is inspired by the unforgettable Donyale Luna. An African American woman, originally from Detroit, Luna became one of the world's first international supermodels in the 1960s and 70s. Photographed by Gunnar Larson and filmed by Andy Warhol, Luna is remembered for creating some of fashion's most iconic moments and signature poses. Carved from fine quartz resin and made to last, this bust captures Luna’s surreal, ethereal and timeless beauty.
