Pair Of 19th Century Italian Terracotta Busts.
Offered is an unusual pair of Italian terra cotta busts of a noble man and woman that graced the entrance of a villa in Tuscany from the 19th century. On occasion in past centuries, Italian noble families had busts of the owners created to be placed on pilars at the entrance of their villas.
These are in remarkable condition given their age and that they were used outdoors.
