A compatible pair of superbly crafted African busts in an extraordinary exotic hardwood. Nzambu East African sculptures, hand carved, solid and heavy depicting the busts of two tribesmen. Intricately carved in detail especially to hair and headdress. Both with incised signature "Nzambu" on bottom.

Bust #1 - 24 1/4" x 7" W x 9 1/2" D
Bust #2 - 24" x 11" D x 10" W
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include both with top to bottom stable age cracks, other multiple stable age cracks which do not detract from the fine and powerful presentation.
