Original chalkware ceramic Hula girl bust napkin holder sculpture. Crafted in the 1940s, this bust of a young native Hawaiian woman with a hibiscus lei around her neck was used to top napkin holders on high-end cruises and hotels in Hawaii. It is a great piece of very rare Hawaiian memorabilia.
