About the Item

We are very pleased to offer a 1995 Pop Art ceramic sculpture titled Crest Toothpaste Tube by artist Ray Gross. Known for his witty and hyper-realistic interpretations of ordinary objects, Gross transforms familiar consumer icons into collectible fine art. Hand-sculpted and hand-painted, this piece captures the playful essence of Pop Art while showcasing remarkable craftsmanship—the squeezes, folds, and bold colors are all rendered in clay. Signed and dated by the artist, it embodies Gross’s fascination with commercial imagery and everyday beauty. A visible repaired crack runs along the back, consistent with age and handling, but it remains stable and displays beautifully. A striking and humorous conversation piece for lovers of contemporary ceramics and Pop Art design. In great condition. Please review all photos for details.
