About the Item

"Le Provencal Garcon" Terra cotta painted statue is a whimsical depiction of a well-dressed young lad who is obviously amused. The method used to embellish it was "chalk painting", performed by hand and resulting in a splendid finish effect. Art Nouveau period, Circa 1910 Measures 25.5 height x 9.5 in diameter.
