About the Item
For your consideration is this extremely rare and very enchanting porcelain powder / trinket box, dating to the 1930s and sourced in France. Depicts a flapper girl stood with her companion dog which is tugging on her coat. She's dressed in the fashion of the day with a red cloche hat and fur edged coat. The attention to detail is just wonderful, so skillfully painted, from her slightly blushed cheeks to her creased coat, everything about this piece screams quality and at every angle she looks amazing. Behind the figure is a lidded pot which can be used for powder of trinkets. Impressed number 9677. This is one of our personal favourite pieces, she won't disappoint and comes in great condition free from any damage or restoration.
