Art Deco silvered bronze nude sculpture by Joseph Jules Emmanuel Cormier (1869-1950). Prolific and well known sculptor, frequently worked under the name Joe Descomps. This sculpture signed "JJ Cormier" and has "Cire Perdue" (Lost Wax technique} mark by Barbidienne Foundry. It is 17 1/4" tall, 17 1/2" wide and 5" deep at the base.
