Beautiful bronze sculpture with a brown patina, depicting a young boy holding a spinning top. The bronze is titled "She's Snoring," referring to the sound of the top spinning, and is signed C. Anfrie. Charles Anfrie (1833-1905) was a French sculptor renowned for his numerous bronze sculptures on a variety of themes: young women or children, military subjects, etc. 19th century. Good general condition, Slight wear to the patina. Height 64cm, approximately 30 x 20cm, 12.85kg.
