A handsome and wonderfully executed Italian 19th century neo-classical st. white Carrara marble and a faux painted marble bust of Napoleon. The bust is raised by an exceptional and most decorative faux painted Sienna marble mottled base with a fine wrap-around beaded band and striking faux painted Lapis Lazuli central reserve. Above is the impressive and intricately detailed white Carrara marble bust of Napoleon wearing a berried laurel crown.
