Superb and extremely rare art deco sculpture by Jean Verschneider (29 August 1872 – 20 December 1943) depicting a girl giving out golden apples. This sculpture is particularly rare, very few of the artist's known work has been created in marble. The sculpture is signed by the artist at the base.
