About the Item
The Hungarian artist now working out of an open air studio at UC Irvine in California and devoting his time creating large Public Sculptures in Stone ranging from Classical theme figures and Angels to large Abstract pieces referred to as "Cubes" in various intricate configurations.
This small scale Sculpture is one of Mr. Váró's Draped Female figures with the draping clinging closely. The Sculpture is engraved with the Artist's initials on the right side. The figure is mounted on a polished Gray stone base.
Dimensions: 14.75" high by 6" wide by 5.5" deep.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There is some roughness to the base edges that may be original to the piece as well as a small chip to the right side bottom of the base mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is Classical and Exceptional.
