This model of the J-Class Ranger J5 yacht was produced in Scandinavia during the 1960s. The model was made with the utmost attention to detail, the details have been carefully reproduced. The hull is made of wood, varnished in burgundy and white colors, and the three sails are made of canvas material. Ranger is a racing yacht with a groundbreaking design in the history of sailing. It won in 1937, in the last America's Cup regatta before World War II, in which royal yachts competed. Ranger has forever entered the history of world sailing. This model can be treated as a small work of art and will successfully find its place in modern and classic arrangements. The model is in original vintage condition.
