About the Item
Gorgeous, and tall, vintage Murano hand blown gold flecks Italian art glass Queen Woman figure, sculpture. The woman is holding 3 purple flowers, and stands on an opal white base. The figurine has a very ornate blouse and skirt dress with lots of ruffles and volume. She wears a golden head piece like a crown or halo. The face itself is very highly detailed. Her pose is very sweet as well. She is certainly enjoying the day, and the flowers that she picked, or were given to her. The entire sculpture is profusely covered in heavy gold leaf from head to toe. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. In the manner of the Barovier e Toso, and Seguso Vetri d’Arte companies. Early Art Deco - Mid Century era. Measures: 13 1/2" tall x 4 3/4” wide.
