A Fine Quality Pair of French Empire Bronze and Gilt Ormolu Candelabra,
each in the form of cherub figures holding up three ornate candle branches,
These magnificent candelabras were cast entirely in gilded bronze at the beginning of the 19th century, during the time of the French Empire. Each candelabra is shaped like a cornucopia of intertwined branches that support three lights with drip trays that sit on a single torch-shaped stem held by a classical-style figure.
