A tall and arresting Hand-Carved wood Sculpture of of an inverted woman. Strongly carved with only acceptable age-related wear including some stable checking to the wood. Signed on base. Fine age patina. Roger Francois was a celebrated Haitian artist who both sculpted and painted, his recurring theme were the Women of Haiti.
