About the Item

Beautiful expressive carved oakwood sculpture by Danish artist Otto P made at his own workshop in the 1960s. Stamped underneath with artist signature. Otto Pedersen (1902-1995) (artist name "Otto P") was a renown Danish artist who had a small workshop in Odense, Funen where he hand carved figurative sculptures in different kind of woods. He almost solely produced figurines of standing women in a style characterized by the coarsely executed and hand made.
