It has a variety of vintage TV connections and plugs, various colorful dials and various warning lights in place to verify multi conductor TV cables back in the day of early TV program production. The indicator lights can most likely be made to work by connecting correct power and polarity to the unit. We cannot guaranty electrical performance at this price. This artifact will make a superb wall hanging or table top display with or without power connected to it. Enclosed in a metal shipping case at no extra charge.
