Industrial Sculpture - Modern Totem - Contemporary Mechanical Art
Totem sculpture by Spinzi, with elements in marble, stone and metal. The blocks include old gears from heavy machinery, parts of columns in travertine and limestone and discs/slabs in marble and ceppo stone, an heavy round pink granite piece together with a marble sphere .
The pieces are arranged in a pyramidal fashion. The result is a dynamic, very decorative sculpture; the heavy patina on the stone and gears shows the age of the components, each with its own long story to tell.
A fascinating artwork, perfect to bring a refined touch to special interiors, the totem is a one-off as it is assembled with elements gathered around the world over the course of many years. It's very heavy and solid. Suitable both for interior spaces and outdoor.
The white column at the base is not included, this sculpture can be assembled and disassembled easily and can be placed on a plinth or a low wall.
