This is a substantial fossil plate specimen, thick, weighty, and lush with fossils. Colors occur naturally over time through the mineralization process. The intensity of colors and tones will vary slightly from one monitor to another and one environment to another. Since this is a prehistoric fossil it will show its age (of course!) potentially such as cracks, pits, etc. We do our best to find the nicest possible items with the least bothersome imperfections.
