About the Item

AES Brass stand series brings you a positive and negative Cambropallas tellesto geode measuring 39cm in width overall, now transformed with our elegant, innovated-designed stand series, an extraordinary pair of positive and negative Cambropallas tellesto fossil trilobite influenced by iron oxide concentrations that have transformed this natural and vibrant tonal palette. The three-dimensional exoskeleton of the arthropod displays every segment of the thorax: the cephalon (head) and pygidium (tail). The axis lobe runs the length of the body from the cephalon to the pygidium, where the prominently extends outwards away from the matrix, and the eyes protrude away from the cephalon, showcasing each complete plural lobe with definition throughout to the pygidium. These finer details make this specimen very special, making this an excellent example of scientific significance for the researcher and collector alike. Class: Phylum Arthropoda, Trilobita, Family Holmiidae Genus: Cambropallas tellesto described by Geyer 1993 [Andalusiana] Age: Paleozoic, Middle Cambrian, 513,000,000 - 501,000,000 years Origin: Tarhoucht, Jbel Wawrmast formation, Jbel Ougnate, N. Sahara, Morocco Due to recent changes in U.S. legislation impacting customs procedures and documentation processing, order handling times within the United States may extend to 2-3 weeks. For all other countries, delivery is typically completed within 4-10 days following an order processing period of 1-3 days.
