A large selenite desert rose crystal specimen, originating from North Africa, presented on one of our exclusive large bases for display. With its organic form and 360-degree crystal formations, this naturally-occurring desert rose specimen is a striking piece for sculptural display. Found in hot, sandy regions, desert rose specimens are known for their distinctive rosette-like clusters created as water evaporates and sand grains fuse into the crystal structure as it forms. Colours can vary from white and brown to more beige specimens like this one. Additional Information Specimen only, excl. base: H37 x W30 x D15 cm, 11kg Comes with an exclusive large custom-made display plinth – ø25.5cm x height 9.5cm.
