About the Item
This malachite from Congo, looks like the alien E.T, from Spielberg film, with it's 2 globular and wide eyes, plus it's little mouth.
Malachite with it's stalactite crystallisation, often make shapes that can look like eyes or faces, but this one is exceptionnally talking.
The phenomenom to see faces in abstract forms like clouds or stones or anything, is called pareidolia. In this case, it doesn't require many efforts to see the alien face in it !
Malachite is 15cm wide, 9cm high, 5cm deep
