Intact, Gallery-Grade Brazilian Calcite on Amethyst – UV-Reactive Cabinet Specimen
▫️ Description
This Brazilian Calcite on Amethyst specimen combines gorgeous aesthetics with natural elegance. The crystallized calcite stands proudly atop a deep-purple amethyst cluster, forming a true mineral masterpiece that can easily become the highlight in your collection or a centerpiece in your decor space.
Prominent and sharply defined, measuring 11 cm (4.3 in) in length, the calcite instantly draws attention. Perfectly crystallized and keeping its pristine condition, it reveals subtle internal veils when touched by light. Under UV light, the calcite displays an intense violet-pink glow that shifts between neon lilac and magenta, depending on the angle and intensity of illumination.
The deep-purple amethyst provides both contrast and depth, enhancing the calcite’s clarity and form. The entire cluster was carefully extracted and preserved, maintaining its pristine condition and authentic character. Ethically sourced from the famous mines of Chiquinha, Ametista do Sul, Brazil.
