Trio French Melon Cloches
Located in Faversham, GB
An interesting trio of Continental mouth blown melon cloches in differing sizes. The taller green model has a small iron hook going through the top, whilst the two clear models have molded tops. The glass on all three cloches is thick and the rims on all three have no cracks or splits. One model has a area missing to the top of the handle but is still perfectly functioning and is evident in the images supplied. Note that due to the nature of the mouth blown glass the clear cloches will seem slightly cloudy. This is within the glass and not on the outward surface of each. The trio make wonderful decorative pieces within the home or to be used back in the garden where they belong. Sold as a set of three cloches. Please note the table that the cloches rest on is available on another listing. French, late 19th and early 20th Century. 19TH CENTURY GREEN GLASS CLOCHE H: 40 CM H: 15.7 INCHES W: 44 CM W: 17.3 INCHES D: 44 CM D: 17.3 INCHES EARLY 20TH CENTURY LARGE CLOCHE...
