About the Item

A perfume scent bottle made in Sweden. Very beautiful and lovely perfume scent bottle, created in the city of Lidköping Sweden by the MeMa Sterling Co. back in the 1975. The bottle has been made in cobalt blue glass with a fitting lid and a removable frame, crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling. The sterling cover was made up in the neo-classic empire style with multiple floriated garlands patterns. Note: This bottle may be also used as a vinegar or olive oil dispenser. Weight: 114.95 Grams, (73.70 Dwt). Measurements: Diameter of 52 mm by height of 98 mm (2.05 x 3.85 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped with Swedish crowns marks; the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the .925 silver, the date code A10 for the year of production of 1975, the L for the town of Lidköping and signed as follow: "MEMA SWEDEN STERLING .925 L A10". Condition: The overall condition of this scent bottle is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the silver. The three parts are secured in the settings. A German enameled perfume bottle in sterling. This is a beautiful and colorful perfume/scent purse bottle created in the city of Pforzheim Germany, back in the 1900's. The stunning perfume bottle has been masterfully crafted in a cushioned shape with neoclassic Edwardian patterns in solid .925/.999 sterling silver. It is embellished on both sides, with a fabulous engine turned guilloche, which is topped with delicate hot glass enamel and accented with flowers motifs and garlands.
