About the Item
Found in France, these flower pots with metal tole flowers date from the early 1920s. Terracotta pots filled with cement and arrangements of heavy tole flowers, leaves and accent pieces salvaged from antique chandeliers. These flowers are rendered in great detail, made of the older, heavier tole metal and the colors have aged with patina into rich, deep shades of gold, green, blue and rusty red. Unknown maker. Sold and priced as a pair. Measurements shown are for the larger/taller two of the potted flowers.
