French early 20th century copper pot with iron swing handle. Hand raised copper, tin lined, distinctive twist iron handle made by Havard workshop with the Villedieu "Viking Longship" logo, the trademark for the coppersmiths of Villedieu-les-Poêles; also marked "Marque Deposee" (registered trademark) "Garanti Villedieu Made in France". 8.5" dia., 6 1/8" h (plus handle).
