About the Item

Ceramic Trinket designed by Nils Thorsson and manufactured by Aluminia in Denmark during the 1950s. Decorated in a vibrant blue glaze and featuring a piece of Danish Hospital or School Architecture in gold glaze/foliage. It can be used as a trinket for jewelry, bathroom smalls or alternatively an ashtray. Like Thorsson Marselis series the glaze fades out towards the edges giving the edges a light almost white appearance. Crestmark from Aluminia beneath its base. Measurements: H: 4.8 cm, Diameter: 9.7 cm.
