About the Item

An antique Japanese Meiji Era enamel over copper brush pot. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. The cylindrical form pot is enameled with polychrome images of butterflies, flowers, and leaves made in the Cloisonne technique on a turquoise ground. The neck and the base are decorated with a geometrical motif made in the same technique. Antique and Vintage Asian and Oriental Enamel Vases, Table Wares, Home Decor, and Collectibles. OVERALL GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION. SIGNS OF WEAR AND AGE. REFER TO PHOTOS. OVERALL H 3 3/4 X D 2 IN. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE.
