About the Item

Large Ceramic flower pot by Victor Cerrato (1917 - 2008), Italy 1960s. Victor (Vittorio) Cerrato was both sculptor and ceramist, he opened his ceramic workshop in Turin in the early years after the Second World War. His work is very artistic and expressional. This particular pot shows a refined calligraphic drawing in black on a white enameled background. The pot is both enameled from the out- and inside and is therefore waterproof. In great original unharmed condition.
