A fine pair of Samson tole peinte
porcelain flower vases or cachepots.
In the 18th Century Mennency style.
In the form of porcelain urns or vases hand painted with floral motifs holding painted "tole peinte" flowers.
Marked with a Samson Porcelain Factory mark and faux D.V. mark for the Duke of Villeroy collection, as well as for France.
Simply a wonderful pair of Samson cachepots with a great history!

Overall Condition:
They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no repairs.
Condition Details:
There are some chips
fritting to corners of the urns, some expected small losses in the flowers
leaves, and some chips to petals. Otherwise, there are some fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
