About the Item

A handsome pair of French 19th century Charles X Period Black Belgian marble, Ormolu and patinated Bronze tazzas. Each handsome tazza is raised by square Black Belgian marble plinth below an Ormolu Rais de Coeur band. Above is the vertical Black Belgian marble column ending with a bull nose top edge. The socle above displays a concave fluted design leading to the circular reeded urn. The urn showcases the original patinated Bronze finish with two double intertwined Ormolu serpent handles on each side. Wonderful proportions and extremely decorative.
