Carrying German silver marks used by Koch
Bergfeld from c.1870-1885 in Bremen, this impressive, Antique Sterling Silver Jardiniere, is oval in shape, and ornate in design, with wonderful chased and engraved decoration to the body, winged cherub surmounts to the vacant cartouches on both sides, and figural handles.
The jardiniere measures 8.75"(22.5cm) tall, by 26"(66cm) wide, by 10.75"(27.5cm) deep, and weighs 168.9 troy ounces (5.25kg).
