Pair of cast iron garden urns, circa 1860 RSA Antiques Rare pair of garden urns Solid cast iron, circa 1860. Neoclassical Campana shape on a square plinth base, with a continuous beaded frieze and beautiful, authentic patina. Decorative accents for an entryway, conservatory, or orangery.These two multi-part, screwed-together garden vases/urns date from the mid-19th century and exhibit the Neoclassical/Historicist aesthetic typical of the period: bulbous Campana-style bodies, pronounced rims, profiled necks, and a beaded frieze above the base. The heavy cast iron construction ensures stability outdoors; the naturally weathered surface with slight signs of wear displays the patina that distinguishes the original from the copy. Ideal for flanking features (portals, staircases, shop windows) or as standalone pieces in gardens and interiors
