About the Item

Pair of antique (19th century) French bronze ewers in the Empire period manner of Andre Antoine Ravio (1759-1814), with urn forms with green patinas, decorated with gilt lotus flower mounts at the base, and with gilt handles with masks and serpent heads at the top. Mounted on black marble pedestals. Each 19 1/2 by 7 by 4 inches.
