Worn distressed delicate carvings with signs of the decades left behind an outstanding patina. This pair is very decorative and large wooden finials in the shape of urns resting on a round foot base.
The Baroque artists of the 18th century excelled in the creation of large stage like pieces with florid elaborate and intricate ornament carving.
