About the Item
Hand-decorated ceramic vase by Royal Torquay, produced in England circa 1930. The vase features a rich cobalt blue glaze with finely painted decoration, including a stylized butterfly and botanical motifs rendered in warm yellow, green, and terracotta tones. The elegant baluster form is accented by a stepped foot and distinctive twin handles at the shoulder.
The underside bears the Royal Torquay England mark, consistent with early 20th-century production. A well-balanced decorative piece that reflects the charm of British art pottery from the interwar period.
