About the Item

This magnificent pair of hand blown "Sevres Blue" opaline cased crystal vases are totally encrusted with thick hand painted enamel decoration. Each large bird is perched atop branches of chestnut tree with realistically painted chestnuts. These are highlighted with gold trim and white enameled "jewels". The color is best represented by the image #1. The other images are over-exposed. Measure: 17".
